The Round Hill House

Our Story

Ryne and Kaitlin are a couple of old home lovers who searched for years before finding their dream home in Orange County, New York. They live together with their two classy feline companions, Klaus and Puffa.

These days, their time is spent doing renovations around the house, fixing things that have broken, and planning to renovate or fix things.

Our Home

Our Round Hill House, not to be confused with “Round Hill House” aka F.E.A.S.T at Round Hill (the wedding venue down the street and mother home to our farm), was built in 1853 by the Brewster family of Orange County. Over the years it has been known by many names, including the Tappan Brook Dairy, and was over 100 acres. The Round Hill House stayed within the Brewster family until 1972, when it, along with its farmland, was sold and sub divided. Two owners later, we are now its caretakers and the rest is history.
